Explore Different Light Beam Patterns

What light beam pattern is right for me? Offroad lights come in many beam patterns that vary in different angles and depths. Choosing the best beam pattern will depend on your unique application. Check out the info below to discover more!

Scene – Great for covering a large wide area of light at close proximity such as for utility work, camping, or rock crawling

Diffused - Great for covering a large concentrated area of light at close proximity such as for utility work, camping, or rock crawling.

Driving –Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) compliant lights that can be used for any off road driving application such as dirt track driving, baja driving, utility sport, and more.  **IMPORTANT*** SAE compliant does not necessarily mean the light is also Department of Transportation (DOT) approved for road legal lighting.

Flood – Best option for general use lighting. Flood lights project a bright focused beam while still providing enough light scatter to cover the surrounding areas.

Spot – Spot lights project a bright beam that is more focused than flood lights and provide less light scatter. Spot lights are great for long distance illumination such as when driving at high speeds (50+ MPH) off road or when illumination is needed from a safe distance.

Hypershot – Hypershot beams are great for the same application purposes as spot lights. However, this beam provides an even more focused, concentrated beam, when compared to spot lights.
